Plain English. No tracking surprises. Here's exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.

Who we are
Tend is the brand name of Boost AZ Ventures LLC, an Arizona limited liability company operating a luxury short-term rental management business in Arizona. Reachable at hello@tendhospitality.com. This policy covers what happens on tendhospitality.com.
What we collect
Tend collects only what you give us. The two main intake points:
- Request a brief (the first-look form): your name, email, phone, property address or area, bedroom and bathroom counts, approximate property value, current management arrangement, and any notes you choose to share.
- Contact (the homepage contact form): your name, email, optional phone, and the message you write.
We also receive standard server log information (your IP address, browser type, referring page) when you load our pages — this is automatic and not stored long-term.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for, store, or have access to: bank or credit card information, social security numbers, government ID numbers, or any payment data. Bookings on the calendar widget are processed by Hostaway under their own privacy policy.
How we use what you give us
- To respond to your inquiry — by email or phone, whichever you've shared.
- To prepare the property brief you requested, which we send back to your email within seven days.
- To follow up only if you ask us to. If you fill the brief form and don't ask for follow-up, we don't follow up.
- To run the business itself — communication with current owners about their properties.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information to anyone. Ever. We don't share it with marketing partners, data brokers, or advertisers. We don't have any.
Three specific operational partners receive data only to deliver the services you've engaged us for:
- Hostaway — our property management software. Receives owner and guest data needed to operate listings, bookings, and payments. See their privacy policy.
- Netlify — our website host. Sees server logs and form submissions in transit. See their privacy policy.
- Google Maps Platform — only used to auto-suggest addresses when you start typing in the property address field on our first-look form. Address-fragment queries are sent to Google. See their privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
We use minimal browser storage — only what's strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g., remembering scroll position, form draft state). We don't run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future (e.g., Plausible or Fathom), it will be limited to anonymous aggregate counts — no individual visitor profiles, no cross-site tracking — and we'll update this policy.
How long we keep your information
Form submissions are kept as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable time afterward (typically up to two years) in case you come back to us. After that, or sooner on request, we delete it.
If you become a Tend management client, your data is kept for the duration of our agreement plus any retention period required by Arizona law for business records (typically seven years for tax and contract purposes).
Your rights
You can email hello@tendhospitality.com at any time to:
- See what we have on you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information from our systems (subject to legal retention obligations for active client records).
- Opt out of any future communication.
We aim to respond within seven days. California, Colorado, Virginia, and other state-law residents have specific rights under their state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, CPA, VCDPA) that we honor on request. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR/UK-GDPR; we extend those globally as a matter of policy.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We rely on Hostaway and Netlify's security infrastructure for the data we hand off to them. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reputable vendors and limit what we hold.
Children
Our services are for adult property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top and, where relevant, notify existing clients by email. The current version always lives at tendhospitality.com/privacy.
