This Agreement sets the terms under which Tend, a brand of Boost AZ Ventures, LLC, pays a referral bonus to a person who introduces a homeowner to Tend’s short-term rental management services (the “Referrer”). You agree to it by signing on the referral form — no paperwork to send back.
Tend pays the Referrer $2,500 for each Qualifying Referral. After three Qualifying Referrals, every Qualifying Referral after that earns $3,000. There is no cost to the Referrer or the homeowner.
A Qualifying Referral is a homeowner who: (a) is new to Tend and not already in conversation with, or known to, Tend at the time of registration; (b) is registered with Tend by the Referrer before Tend has begun substantive discussions with that owner; (c) signs a Tend management agreement; and (d) keeps the home under active Tend management for at least ninety (90) days.
To be eligible, the Referrer registers the introduction through the form at tendhospitality.com/partners before Tend engages the owner. Registration is what reserves the credit to the Referrer. The Referrer confirms they have the homeowner’s permission to share the owner’s contact information with Tend.
The bonus is paid within thirty (30) days after the home reaches ninety days of active management. One bonus per property, paid once. Bonuses are reported on IRS Form 1099; the Referrer is responsible for any taxes owed.
The Referrer makes only warm, permission-based introductions and represents Tend honestly. Tend decides, in its sole discretion, which homes it accepts for management. This Agreement does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship; the Referrer is an independent party.
Tend may update or end this program with reasonable notice. Referrals already registered and in progress will be honored under the terms in effect when they were registered.
By typing your full legal name and submitting the referral form, you agree to this Agreement and consent to sign electronically under the federal ESIGN Act and the Arizona Electronic Transactions Act. Your typed name, your email, and the date and time of submission together make up your signature and are kept as the record of this Agreement. You may request a copy at any time.
