What you’ll earn
$2,500 for every homeowner you refer who signs with Tend and stays under management for ninety days.
How it works
  1. Introduce

    Register the owner below, or have them mention you when they reach out. That’s the whole ask.

  2. We take over

    We walk the owner through the model, onboard the home, and run it — marketing, guests, vendors, the details.

  3. You’re paid

    Once the home has been live with Tend for ninety days, your bonus is on its way.
