What you’ll earn

$2,500 for every homeowner you refer who signs with Tend and stays under management for ninety days.

$3,000 each once you’ve referred three.
Paid within thirty days of the ninety-day mark.
No cost to you or your client — and if your owner ever decides to sell, we send them right back to you.
